The Project
I am building a collection of paintings and drawings of me in a variety of situations around the world. My preference is realistic paintings in outdoor settings that depict specific architecture or natural landscape of the city or country. I am also open to other mediums such as photography or sculpture. Ruins and urban decay are also a favorite setting of mine. Nude, clothed, costumed, props, are all acceptable parts of the process.
The Video
I will produce a video at my own expense of the process of the art being made. This will include time lapse segment, artist interview, and anything else determined to be of interest. The video will be submitted on my YouTube channel and available for embedment on the artist’s own web page. I will include a link to the artist’s site in the notes. In addition there will be a link to order reproductions of the art. Watch the video shown above for the first project created in Chiang Mai. For nudes, the video may be moved to another site or use some form of censorship.
Reproductions
I will make a high-quality image of the original and market this through my own channels and split the profit evenly with the artist. I can provide an annual summary of my revenue from each channel so that artist is comfortable with sales figures. I do not expect to make many sales until a certain threshold of images are in the online store. Significant resources are being put into marketing my blog posts, YouTube channel, social media, and Google rankings. However, there is no guarantee.
The Model (me)
I have been modeling for over 20 years. I have modeled for artists, art schools, photographers, bodypainters, and also done some work on stage and as a TV extra. I am very serious about this work. I am reliable, easy to work with, and can hold still and recall poses to do long poses needed for realistic work. Check out some of the images below or look through the portfolio on this site.
